How Custom Acrylic Awards Elevate Corporate Events in Surat

When planning a major corporate event, employee recognition ceremony, or business milestone in Surat, the awards you hand out speak volumes about your company culture. For years, traditional glass and crystal trophies were the standard. But recently, HR departments and event managers across Gujarat have been making a massive shift toward premium custom acrylic awards. Here is why.

1. Unmatched Design Flexibility

Unlike glass, which is rigid and difficult to shape without high costs, acrylic can be laser-cut into almost any custom shape. Want a trophy shaped like your company logo or a specific product you manufacture? Acrylic makes that easily possible. At Om Acrylic Art, we use advanced laser cutting technology to give our clients completely unique shapes that match their brand identity flawlessly.

2. Better Durability and Safety

Corporate awards often need to be transported across the city or even couriered to different branches across Gujarat. Glass trophies are incredibly fragile and prone to shattering. High-quality acrylic is shatter-resistant and much lighter. It survives drops and bumps during transport, ensuring the award looks perfect when it is finally handed over on stage.

3. Crystal Clear Premium Look

There is a common misconception that acrylic looks like cheap plastic. This could not be further from the truth. We use premium-grade, high-thickness clear acrylic that has the exact same optical clarity and light-refracting properties as crystal. When combined with polished, beveled edges, the result is a heavy, premium piece of art that employees are proud to display on their desks.

4. Advanced Branding with UV Printing

Standard trophies usually just get a small metal plate engraved at the bottom. With acrylic, we can use direct UV printing. This means your exact corporate brand colors, gradients, and even high-resolution photos can be printed directly onto the award itself. This creates a deeply personalized memento rather than a generic off-the-shelf trophy.
